We are the actual moving company. Hauling Authority LLC, d/b/a HaulCo Moves You, is a federally licensed household goods motor carrier. USDOT #4435598, MC #1745912.
Can my price change after I book?
No. Your price is a binding estimate. The price you see is the price you pay. Adjustments only occur with significant scope changes, agreed in writing before loading begins.
What is included in my price?
Loading and unloading of inventoried items, transportation, full value protection at no extra cost, furniture pads, stretch wrap, floor protection, and end-to-end management. Stairs, long carries, or shuttle service are disclosed and included upfront.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. No fuel surcharges. No surprise stair fees. No move-day additions.
What does "full value protection" mean?
If any item is lost, damaged, or destroyed during your move, HaulCo is liable for the current replacement value. Standard coverage up to $100,000 per shipment; higher values can be declared or supplemental coverage arranged.
How do I get my guaranteed price?

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Real-time visibility from pickup to delivery. You receive proactive notifications of any changes.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Estimated windows are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. If delay within HaulCo's control causes documented out-of-pocket expenses, submit a delay claim within nine months of delivery.
